I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.Refunds are available up until after the sketch. After that, a partial refund may be offered depending on the level of work completed. Exceptions will be made if I'm unable to complete your commission for any reason or it exceeds my timeframe.I’ll do revisions / changes during the sketch phase but after that, (unless it has something to do with colour) no more revisions to the lineart will be made.I’ll send wips whenever I’m able - feel free to request them at any stage - but please do not spam me for them. I have a job and commissions just generally stress me out, which makes art a hobby for me and something for my spare time.Do not change my art! You’re able to ASK for changes during the process obviously, but going out of your way to edit my art will land you on my blacklist. This does not include putting the transparent png on a background of your choice (you still must appropriately credit me).My turn around time is anywhere between 7 days - 3 months.Will do:

Design TOS
All designs created by myself are to be kept on Toyhou.se so I can monitor them. (Basically to make sure you aren't doing something weird with them lmao)While I can't revoke designs of mine owned by someone else, if you are found to be breaking my TOS or the law in any way, I will blacklist you which will prevent any further interaction.I feel a bit butthurt if you change my design but it’s yours, so you go for it girly. At the end of the day, you paid for it and it is yours. All I ask is that you keep “coded” ocs that way. For instance, a black coded oc remains black or a trans oc remains trans.Do not heavily reference my designs.You can colour pick, but do not directly copy the look.You can take inspiration from my designs.Please don’t resell a design for more than it’s worth unless extra art has been added to it. Traded art or free art does not contribute to the price value. If you trade a character, it does not have monetary value (you can still offer to trade for an character of a "similar estimated value".Other than that, you're allowed to do whatever you want with my designs :D
